2025 Neuroscience Snowbird Symposium 

University of Utah Registration page (Chartfield payments only)

This portal is designated exclusively for University of Utah students, staff, technicians, and faculty who wish to register using Department Chartfields as their payment method. Non-University of Utah registrants or those intending to pay via credit card must proceed to the U of Utah Neuroscience Program - MAIN Snowbird registration page.

To confirm your symposium registration and reserve overnight accommodations, please complete all required information thoroughly and include your approved Department Chartfield string. University of Utah Neuroscience Program Graduate Students may register and stay overnight at no charge, sharing rooms with other graduate students in the program.

All symposium attendees must register individually. Symposium Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, snack breaks, and a dinner buffet. Overnight reservations are not included or automatic with symposium registration- you must select "yes" under "Snowbird Cliff Lodge Overnight reservation" line and complete details, in order for a room to be booked for you. Dinners for spouses or partners not attending the symposium may also be purchased separately at the resort's current rate.

Symposium Registration Fees: 

  • U. of Utah Faculty: $65.00 
  • U. of Utah Postdocs, Techs, Staff: $25.00 
  • U. of Utah Grad (non-NP): $20.00 
  • All Non-University of Utah Attendees: $250.00 (use U of Utah Neuroscience Program - MAIN Snowbird registration page)
  • Overnight room: Symposium registration fee plus $200.00 ($100.00 per person, if sharing)

 

Poster Session Participant Information:

Abstract submissions for the poster session require an independent registration process. Prospective poster presenters may proceed to the Symposium Poster Abstract Submission Form after completing the required symposium registration. Please note that the Poster Session is restricted to student participants. Posters must not exceed dimensions of 48 by 48 inches.

Wanna stay overnight?

While availability lasts, you can opt to reserve a room at the Cliff Lodge for Friday night only, October 17th.

Single room rate is $200.00 or if you are sharing a room, $100.00 per person. You must be registered for the symposium to reserve an overnight stay. Please enter the name of your preferred roommate below so records can be matched. All rooms have 2 queen-sized beds.

  •     U. Utah Neuroscience Program (NP) Grad Single room with spouse or partner: $100.00
  •     2 U. of Utah Neuroscience program Grad students sharing room - $0
  •     All others: $100.00 per person for sharing rooms and $200.00 for single room only. All rooms have 2 queen-sized beds.
