To secure your registration to the symposium, reserve a room for an overnight stay, and add a guest, please use this site and complete the information and payment details thoroughly. This site is for registrants using credit card as payment method only. For payment via U of Utah Department Chartfield, please exit this site and go to: U Utah Neuroscience Program - Snowbird Registration via U of Utah Department Chartfields only

All symposium attendees must register individually. Included with the symposium registration fee are a continental breakfast, lunch, snack breaks, and a dinner buffet. Overnight fees are not included in the symposium registration fee. Dinners for spouses or partners, who are not attending the symposium, can be purchased for the resort cost.

Registration Fees:
- U. of Utah Faculty: $65.00
- U. of Utah Postdocs, Techs, Staff: $25.00
- U. of Utah Grad (non-NP): $20.00
- All Non-University of Utah Attendees: $250.00
- Overnight room: registration fee plus $200.00 ($100.00 per person, if sharing)
Note on Costs: The University of Utah Neuroscience Program is able to subsidize registration fees for its faculty, staff, and students. Non-University of Utah registrants are invited and encouraged to attend and should seek funding sources from their home institutes.
The University of Utah registrants may also pay via Chartfield, by registering via: U Utah Neuroscience Program - Snowbird Registration via U of Utah Department Chartfields only

Poster Session Participant Information:
Abstract submissions for the poster session require an independent registration process. Prospective poster presenters may proceed to the Symposium Poster Abstract Submission form after completing the required symposium registration. Please note that the Poster Session is restricted to student participants. Posters must not exceed dimensions of 48 by 48 inches.

While availability lasts, you can opt to reserve a room at the Cliff Lodge for Friday night only, October 17th.
Single room rate is $200.00 or if you are sharing a room, $100.00 per person. You must be registered for the symposium to reserve an overnight stay. U. Utah Neuroscience Program Graduate Students may stay overnight, in shared room arrangements with other U. Utah NP Grads, free of charge. Please enter the name of your preferred roommate below so records can be matched.
Cost breakdown:
- U. Utah NP Grad Single room with spouse or partner: $100.00
- 2 U. Utah NP Grads sharing room: $0 (U. Utah IDs # verification required)
- All others: $100.00 per person for sharing rooms and $200.00 for single room only. These rooms have 2 queen-sized beds.
TIP!: Select the single room option if you are a non-U of Utah Neuroscience Grad sharing with a colleague (not a spouse /partner). Rooms will have 2 queen-sized beds.
